Daily reminders inspirations support to stay clean

Posted in Group:

What is everyone's daily morning routine to stay on top of recovery? Or all day not just morning
I have an app called ipromises I recommend for daily logging inspirations ect
Does anyone else no of Any good apps or anything to remind us and keep on top of things?
So 2012 of me I know but keeping myself busy with recovery work throughout the day is what I'm lacking
I'm always on my phone which can lead to me wanting to take adderall cuz I have the numbers right there to call and get some
Either that or we could start a daily discussion on goals of the day . Day by day something to look forward to regarding a hopeful positive vibe concerning our addiction instead of ignoring it or beating ourselves up for it

I would check out the member TennisPlayer, she is always posting really amazing online resources that will send you daily reminders based upon your particular need.
